What We Collect
Outvo collects account information, authentication identifiers, subscription status, voice-session transcripts, session metadata, learning analytics, settings, and support or billing information you provide. We do not store raw microphone audio after a live session unless a future feature explicitly says otherwise.
How We Use Data
We use your data to provide speaking practice, personalize future conversations, track usage limits, improve reliability, prevent abuse, process payments, and respond to account or support requests.
Processors
We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Gemini Live for realtime voice conversations, OpenRouter-compatible models for post-session analysis, Polar.sh for billing, Cloudflare for delivery and security, and optional observability/product analytics providers such as SigNoz and Rybbit. Optional Hindsight memory is used only when enabled in the deployment.
Your Choices
You can export your account data and request account deletion from settings. Deletion removes your Outvo account data and attempts to remove external memory data when that integration is enabled.
